(This article should precede my initial blog posting titled, ‘the heart of God’.)

Science has maintained that man’s creation can best be explained by evolution. This article however is intended, from the writer’s point of view, to be an understanding of the earth’s creation. On one side of the argument are those who believe that man has evolved by a continuous chain of reproduction, over millions of years, from far simpler creatures and on the other side of it are the creation scientists. Christians who have faith that the account of the creation of the world and of man given in the book of Genesis is "literally true"; since this account cannot be reconciled with that of evolution, they maintain -- in good faith -- that evolution is false. I happen to be in this school of thought. There is a questing that my little mind has been struggling to find an answer to. If indeed man’s existence was through evolving, by a continuous chain of reproduction, from far simpler creatures, how come there has not been a single discovery of a new man through and by the same process. Another questing would have to be existence of the birds of the air, the fishes of the seas and of course, the beasts of the field.
In Gen 1, the vivid descriptive nature of God and the process through which He created the earth cannot be over-emphasized. (go to the blog 'heart of God for continuation).

"And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there: And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage. And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine. Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come. His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it. And there were set there six waterpots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews,…

Someone asked me today why it is always difficult to do what is right. I answered him saying, “It is always easy to do something wrong because there is only one right way to do things.” In truth there is much more to this answer, so I wanted to go further into it here.
Doing what is right can be difficult at times, but only because the enemy will tempt us to want to take the “easier” path. With this temptation in our midst, we often see the wrong road as the “easier” one. …

Giving thanks in all things. What does this mean? Surely, I cannot be thankful for the difficult things. I can’t be thankful for losing things. Why should I be thankful?
When the Lord takes something away, He will give more back to you. When we suffer, God will not waste an ounce of our suffering, because in our weakness, He is made strong. He will not abandon us even when finances are tough. He will see us through all things. He has a plan to show His boundless love to all people, and He has a part for us to play in that.
Why should we give thanks in all things? Because there is no place we can go that we cannot come back from without Him. Because when we lose things, He will give us something more. His love is boundless, and He will not forget us. He will use our pain to show others love, and we will see a great vision of all our life has brought to others as we live in His love.
So give thanks in all things, because even when the world takes things away, God will give you more. When the world takes your freedom, God will show you that they cannot take His love from you or you from Him. When you have nothing else, you have God, and He will watch over you throughout your life. Without Him we would not be here at all. So please, give thanks.
Daniel in the Bible was successful, his three Hebrew friends were also successful. We are living in a time similar to Daniel today. How do we overcome living in the same space as where the enemy has his throne? Please share your inputs as the Lord…Continue
